THE PLAN BEHIND THE PLAN

Everything you need.
Nothing you don’t.

Powerful enough for the entire school year. Gentle enough for a Tuesday morning.

01

Plan for every learner

Give each child a flexible schedule, color, grade level, and learning rhythm—then see the whole family at a glance.

02

Turn curriculum into a calendar

Upload a guide or snap a photo. Tasked With can read the plan, identify lessons, and build a schedule you can review first.

03

Make change feel easy

Sick day? Surprise field trip? Move one lesson or ripple the change forward without rebuilding the whole semester.

04

Keep family life in view

Layer in appointments, chores, practices, meal prep, and errands so school plans reflect the life happening around them.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Wondering
how it all works?

Here are the answers families usually want first.

Join early access
Is Tasked With only for homeschool families?

Homeschool planning is at the heart of Tasked With, but the planner is designed around the whole household. Families can also organize chores, appointments, sports, projects, meal prep, and everyday routines.

Can I plan for more than one student?

Yes. Each student can have their own subjects, assignments, colors, and schedule. You can focus on one learner or switch to a combined family view when you need the big picture.

How does the AI curriculum import work?

You provide a curriculum plan, guide, or clear photos. Tasked With identifies lessons and pacing, then prepares a suggested schedule. You review and adjust everything before it is added to your planner.

Can I add curriculum manually?

Absolutely. Add a single assignment, build a repeating routine, or enter an entire course one unit at a time. AI is there when it saves you time—not when you would rather stay hands-on.

What happens when we miss a day?

Plans can flex. Move a task, shift the rest of a subject forward, or mark it skipped. Your original plan stays understandable while your calendar catches up to real life.

Can both parents use the family plan?

Shared family access is part of the vision, so the people helping your household run can stay aligned without relying on a paper planner taped to the fridge.

Do students need their own email account?

No. Inside the signed-in family account, each student can choose their profile and enter an individual PIN created by the parent. Parents can reset or disable the PIN and decide what each learner can view or submit.

Can Tasked With help with records and high-school transcripts?

Yes. The planned recordkeeping tools cover attendance, days, instructional time, course notes, grades, credits, GPA, report cards, portfolios, and transcripts—with parents reviewing the information before exporting it.
